Dominic Phipps is the founder and Creative Director of Rise Creative, and On Record, operating from Bend, Oregon. The author of five history books, Dom's skill as a researcher, history consultant, content developer, and project manager combine to offer unique resources to companies and clients that wish to put there achievements and stories on the record.
